Recurring Services

Recurring services such as Web Hosting and Email Hosting are refundable at a prorated price starting from the day after the termination request until the current expiration date. If the user has an outstanding balance, any refund request will be granted after the balance is returned to $0.00.

Development Services

Development services to include but not limited to software, plugins and web applications are subject to the terms of contact between HitMyServer LLC and the User. Upon HitMyServer LLC completing the agreed upon scope of the project no refund will be given.

Software Purchases

Software purchased through HitMyServer LLC are non refundable unless explicitly stated for that individual software package.
